For more than 30 years, I have helped clients facing a wide array of legal concerns. I am attorney Bruce A. Condit, founder of Condit Law Firm in Texarkana. I represent clients in Bowie County and across northeast Texas and southwest Arkansas.

My roots are sunk deep here. I began practicing as an associate at a Texarkana law firm in 1982, working my way up to partner just a year later. For more than three decades, I have been working hard to earn my solid reputation for effective representation in several important areas of civil litigation. One of the areas for which I'm known is consumer protection, helping clients fight businesses engaging in misrepresentation of their goods or services.

I put my negotiation and litigation skills to work as well in matters of family law, including divorce and often difficult disputes over child custody.

Throughout my career, I have also worked hard to help those injured due to others' negligence or carelessness get the compensation they need and deserve in personal injury claims. In addition, I provide wrongful death representation to families that have lost loved ones in car accidents, truck accidents and other incidents.

I am also proud to serve as a criminal defense attorney protecting the rights of those accused of crimes, including DWI, drug offenses and weapons offenses, among others.
